Desenvolvimento e avaliação de um aplicativo de saúde baseado na web para gerenciamento do estresse

Resumo

O estresse é uma resposta neuropsicofisiológica de autopreservação, modulada por um processo de avaliação cognitiva dos estressores. Desse modo, entende-se que seu gerenciamento é possível através da psicoeducação. Objetivou-se desenvolver e avaliar um aplicativo para gerenciamento do estresse, baseado na WEB e fundamentado na psicoeducação. O aplicativo foi composto por 24 situações estressantes, com oito possibilidades de coping para cada uma e, ao final eram apresentadas mensagens psicoeducativas, de acordo com o desempenho de coping do participante. O aplicativo foi avaliado por meio de três estudos de caso, envolvendo pré e pós-teste sobre percepção de estresse e entrevistas para identificar a percepção dos participantes sobre o mesmo. Os resultados mostram que o aplicativo foi funcional na alteração da percepção de estresse, aumentando o repertório de coping e gerando autorreflexão e autopercepção dos estressores, porém notou-se que a ferramenta necessita de melhorias do ponto de vista de tecnologia da informação.
