The "chemsex" phenomenon involves the use of psychoactive substances in sexualized contexts with the intention of sustaining, enhancing, disinhibiting, and/or facilitating the sexual experience, particularly among gay and other men who have sex with men (MSM). This article aims to comprehend and provide significant care for the chemsex phenomenon in Brazil through harm reduction. Employing digital ethnography, a support profile was created on the primary dating app for this population, Grindr, offering non-judgmental listening and harm reduction information. The results reveal both convergences and discrepancies with international literature, emphasizing the digital medium's importance in disseminating information and providing access to care for those facing barriers to traditional healthcare services.
